A Return and Refund policy:

Terms of return: Once an order has been placed there can be no refund because all the items sold on this site are made to order and are therefore unique. These are the terms stipulated by the supplier I work with who manufactures the products and dispatches them.
Damaged or faulty product: If there is an issue with the product i.e. there has been damage in transit. Please email me providing photo evidence and I will endeavour to resolve this for you as quickly as I can with the manufacturer.

As all my products are made to order when the order is placed there can be NO REFUND.

The partner companies I work with stipulate these terms.

However, if there is an error or issue with quality please email me and I will do everything I can to make sure you are happy what your purchase.

The images on this site are of my original artwork. Every effort is made to create as close a copy/representation of the original.

However, colours vary from screen to screen and electronic devices and the process to transferring images to physical products can vary.

Therefore I ask all prospective buyers and collectors to please consider this when purchasing my site.
