In the UK my partners use Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD Couriers depending on the product and where it is coming from. So if you have ordered more than one product there may well be more than one delivery. 

Firstly, please check behind and in your bins. Often the courier will leave them in obscure locations, but won't always leave a note or card. 

Usually, they will email you to tell you what they have done. So please check your email (the one you provided when you placed the order). 

Often they state that no one was at home to collect and leave it outside somewhere. 

If you still haven't received your order. Please email me giving me your name and details of when and what you ordered and I will follow this up for you. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for a reply. Thank you.

I believe partnerships are the best way to work. Good partnerships allow me to concentrate on creating wonderful art for you. To do this I work with a print-on-demand company who stock, print and ship all my products. 

If I did it would be too expensive and I would have to move out and sleep in my car, so I could make room in my house for all the stock! Each item that is ordered is custom made, so that there is no waste or having product sitting in a warehouse. 

As each piece is custom made to order, there are no refunds once a purchase as been made. However, if the item is damaged a replacement can be arranged. Please email me with details and I can look into your request.
